A very nice park to visit. There's a little something for everyone. There's a dog park for large and small dogs in two separate areas with a joining fence. There's water fountains and dog toys to play with your pet. There's a very nice playground for kids with picnic area and a nice picnic pavilion. There's a walking path and trails. There's also a nice skate park. Overall well kept and peaceful, just wish there were a few more trash bins around besides the ones by the dog park and a pavilion in the middle of a field. Those were the ones I saw anyways.

Very nice half mile hike around the park. We enjoyed watching a very talented skate border in the skateboard part. There were a few people using the field to train their dogs. Everybody was on a leash to include the dogs. The dog park was huge and had two sides for small and large breeds. There was a water spicket in a bowl where you could water your dog. We were just passing through town and thought we check it out so the dogs could stretch their legs. Had a good time. I recommend it.

Easy access, paved path, park at the southwest corner for closest access. Easily 100 yards from parking to off leash area. GNV city is very good at providing bags, readily available water, and refuse disposal. Lots of friendly people with friendly dogs. Standard dog park etiquette in effect.

Great socialization opportunity for my puppy. Appreciate the small dog fenced in area. She met a friend, chased, rumped, dug and chewed on sticks. Appreciated the water bowl area. Everyone doesn't clean up after their dog. 😕 Overall a great outlet.
