Amazing! One of my favorite parks so serene, quiet, peaceful and beautiful huge area for both small and large dogs with a man made pond. My dog had a blast. She did not stop playing and swimming which put her out for the rest of the day. Bring a lunch and picnic at one of the tables or lay out a blanket and watch your puppy have a great time. This is a beautiful neighborhood and the groundskeeper were putting g out new trees. One thing clean up after your pet. Poop and bags with poop laying around. They offer this park for free don’t take advantage and clean up after your dog. Anyone will love this park. Plus they have bathrooms and a place to wash off your pup.
Read more about Barkley Square Dog ParkAlways a good time minus the ants and flying biters 😛🤣. Always interesting to look at the butterfly garden with all the cocoons. Today we saw a squirrel holding and licking the inside of what appeared to be a Pop-Tart foil wrapper. Before I could get my camera up he saw me and dropped it into the trash and took off running up a tree. Hilarious!. Unfortunately today it was a little too hot to go on the swings or the slides. But the splash pad was nice and the climbing structures in the shade were great. The tire swing was also in enough shade not to be too hot.
Read more about Spruce Creek ParkLove McElroy Park! Fantastic location. Gentle ocean breezes. Clean. Beautifully constructed Pickle Ball courts!!! Perfect size. Night lit. Cameras. Tables for food or waiting. Holders for paddles. 🏓😍 Great close parking. Only negative, usually busy since it's so awesome 😎.
Read more about Lula M. McElroy ParkMy first time here, looking for safe places to get out and walk. Kids playing at the park with water 💦 features to play in. You can continue to walk the circle which has scannable exercise suggestions. Or you can walk over to tiki docks or the opposite way to the kayak launch to get your steps in. Real nice Park.
