Read more about Laurel Bark ParkMy favorite Gainesville park. It’s super clean and walking distance from tons of spots downtown. I love walking the doggos I dog sit here, beautiful safe spot for walks with family/friends. The dog park is a separate enclosed area. It’s stationed right next to the brewery and quite popular, I’ve only ever taken the pups in there once or twice when no one else was in there as I have a dog I watch that is scared of everything, but they have a larger area with a few obstacle courses for dogs to play on and a smaller area for what I assume dogs that don’t play well with others. There’s a huge playground for kiddos near the midland sign and a concert venue for performances as well. This place rules.
