What dog owners are saying
Recent review snippets help visitors gauge vibe, upkeep, and who each park suits best.
This is an excellent dog park located in Elmhurst. This is private membership only I believe we paid approximately $70 until December 2026. We received a keychain a lanyard and ID tag for our dog. The park itself is quite large with a very expansive area for large dogs and a medium size area for small dogs. They have poop bags available and trash cans as well as water for the dogs, shade for humans and a couple picnic tables to sit. There is an exercise agility area as well. The parking lot is large with plenty of spaces. There’s even public restrooms available. I highly recommend this dog park.
Read more about Canine CornerPark looks amazing . They have a splash pad but it wasn’t opened on 90 degree weather which is sad . 😞 My daughter was looking forward to it .
Read more about Berens ParkTiny little green space. Maybe good for a neighborhood picnic or to walk the dog. Not a playground. No facilities
Read more about Sleepy Hollow ParkBad stewards of taxpayer money. They paid millions $$$ for a gym & made it a senior center, instead of letting people play basketball in it. So now they’re building a new gym for millions more $$$ on other side of town. Taxes so high in Elmhurst but you still have to pay for racquet courts and programs at Courts Plus and other facilities. They tear down playgrounds every 10 years even if there’s nothing wrong with them, and then give away the equipment to who knows who? There are about 5 benches at massive Eldridge Park with dog-poop-filled garbage cans placed next to each one. Smart! For the amount of money they have at their disposal from taxpayers, they do a horrible job!
