Great job on controlling invasives, congrats FPDCC! Especially since neighboring Palatine clearly thinks buckthorn hedges are great, and nearby Lake County forest preserves are crawling with it. Deer Grove is a lovely forest preserve.

A small but delightful park aptly named for the frequent hummingbird visitors to its lovely gardens. The walking path is short but sweet, and benches are placed perfectly for quiet contemplation. A beautifully maintained, serene little escape.
