We love living here. The view of the water is amazing and the cost is affordable. They keep the grass mowed and the dumpsters emptied on a regular basis. They also offer onsite storage units for a separate cost.
EXCELLENT!!! I’ve been staying here off and on for about 3 years and have had no issues. The owner is a very nice and easy going guy and is quick to attend any issues that should arise. The slots are generously spacious and all concrete parking. Pet friendly kid friendly and a great atmosphere. Any time I work in this area I always look forward to coming to this park.
Our new home til we buy one. Clean, quiet, very home like and plenty of space... very reasonable for monthly rent. Ready to go fishing... Owner is very kind 😊
Great people at the front office. Beautiful park. Pads are all concreted. We really like it here! I'm sitting here right on the lake as I texted this.
My favorite place to stay in Beaumont. We love to fish, it’s peaceful, quiet, everyone is super nice……BUT…….NOONE CLEANS UP AFTER THEIR ANIMALS!!! So, if you walk in the grass next to the main lake…..be prepared to step in some crap….and not just a pile here and there…..it’s everywhere. We have complained, nothings changed. I have literally told several of the pet owners to clean up after their animals. Nothing! And trust me….most of the dogs here apparently are very LARGE dogs….if u know what I mean.
