My kids love this park, and I hate to be this person but this is absolutely not an off-leash park for dogs. Maybe it’s fine when children aren’t present, but there is nothing separating the play structure from the open space and too many times owners have let their dogs into the play area off-leash when children are present.
This park has a new playground. The park does not state age appropriate for the equipment but my guess is over 3. However, the slides and swings are good for toddlers. Note no swings for older children only two baby swings. This park has two small picnic tables and plenty of green grass. Park has no bathroom and very close to a 40 mph road.
Wonderful place to take a walk, let your children play and your dog run around. I'm not sure if your supposed to let your dog off leash but I do and haven't had a problem. This is my dogs favorite place to stop on his walk!
My dogs favorite park. I love this park because we're usually the only ones there in the morning. One of my dogs isn't always great with other dogs, so I can let him off leash when we're here. And, it's close to our home.
It's a nice park but 4 or a 5 stars?, No Way ! The park, like so many of the older parks in Camarillo, has NO RESTROOM FACILITIES. So you can't stay for long (if you know what I mean !). But I guess if you don't eat or drink anything while you're there you'll be ok. Put in a Port-a-potty and I'll give it a 3.
