The park is well-maintained and offers something for everyone—whether you're looking for a quiet nature walk, a fun playground for the kids, or a peaceful spot to fish or picnic. The walking trails are scenic and shaded, winding through beautiful wooded areas and around a serene lake. It’s a great spot for birdwatching, and you’ll often catch glimpses of turtles and other wildlife along the way. The boardwalks are especially nice for a leisurely stroll, and the views of the lake are peaceful and relaxing. The playground is a hit with families, and there’s plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a picnic. The park also has clean restrooms and plenty of parking, which is always a bonus. Whether you're out for a jog, enjoying a family day, or just want to reconnect with nature, AJ Henry Park offers a refreshing escape right in the city. Highly recommended!

My go to neighborhood park for my morning walks. Anytime I have seen an issue, trees down on trail, graffiti etc emailing the park gets quick responses. Just wish the water was higher and less heavy shoreline vegetation.

Small and simple playground. Has a boardwalk overlooking a pond and it's fun to feed the turtles from it. Has trails and a 'hidden' basketball hoop.

Some of the most beautiful Live Oak trees, you will ever see lots of trails. Walking. Dog friendly along with horse trails.

We enjoy waking the trails, playing on the playground and feeding the turtles at this hidden gem in Killearn. Nice open green space and covered pavilions, as well bathrooms.
