I am channon Swafford I live at the palms apartments and Claudia moved me and keep rushing me to hurry up so I didn't get to clean the apartment I live at apartment 64 and she moved to 125 and the apartment was not nasty I sweep and moped all of the rooms expect the living room the walls and doors wear not dirty

Not lit up and they look completely ran down. Damn near every blind was tore up or raggedy. Grass was high & you can tell they are not well kept. This would be a last resort in looking for apartments. That's just my opinion but feel free to look for yourself. Myself just by the way they look from the outside I wouldn't consider unless you were desperate to find some where to live.....

Not a good idea to residing leaving

This is a horrible place to live..our toilets have been stopped up and they so call fix it but they never flush for a full 24 hours..our whole building has been dealing with this for the last 5 months plus other buildings as well..they have a bad plumbing problem to where people have standing sewage coming up in the tubs..the owners are too cheap to fix the problem so they put a bandaid on it just for it to happen again in less than a day..it’s not fair for people who pay their rent to have to live like this..the manager Stormi tries her best to get things fixed but she can only do so much..my water has been turned off since yesterday without warning and all they say is they’re working on the problem..OUR property manager has been out for a couple of days sick and I have people calling me from another property asking about a balance that they know nothing about and what they need to be worrying about is their own property and TURN OUR WATER BACK ON WITH OUR PLUMBING FIXED!!!this is not where you wanna live TRUST ME !!!

Maintenance is bed no fix as soon as possible and the owner no check the property or management not good
