Great little park! Such a little gem in our community! The nature trail is approx 2/3 mile and is an easy trek for low key walkers. The storybook trail and play equipment is great for young adventurers! The dog park area is spacious and has the basic amenities, but I do wish it had a more landscaped area and equipment for the dogs to play around with.

This is a great park concept. Unlike traditional parks where all the play structures are in one spot, this is a storybook trail with different structures and activities along thirteen different stops. The trail feels like it is about a 0.75-1.00 mile loop. The trail is shaded by the natural forest for the most part, making it a great walking trail. There is a massive fenced-in dog park right at the front near the parking lot. One of the trail stops includes a small creek where kids can splash around while wearing shoes. All-around, this is a great community property for anyone to visit.

This place is SO neat! This is not a traditional park/playground. This is a story book brought to life through a trail in the woods. There were 13 (I think) different small play areas spread out along the trail that kids can use their imagination & act out the story. I've never seen any park even similar to this & it also has a shaded dog park at the beginning. Definitely so creative & a great day activity for families right in Powell. Highly recommend everyone to check it out!! One thing to make note of is that there are no restrooms here.

We are visiting from out of town. We came with our 25lbs aussie doodle on a Tuesday at 11a. Not only did he love the park but hasband and I did too. Fortunately we had it all to our selves. We played the xylophone ,sat on swing and walked the log bridge. I loved following the frog story. It's a nice walk too.

Cute little place. Very peaceful and my dog enjoyed all of it. Especially the stream and squirrels!
