Absolutely beautiful park. Youth sports, family gatherings and a wonderful place to find peace and solitude with incredible views of Colorado's Rocky Mountains.

Absolutely beautiful park. It’s bigger than you might think upon arrival. It’s easy to walk around but has some hills and slight elevation changes that make it a solid workout spot. The clouds and light were stunning tonight there!

This is one of our favorite parks to visit for our daily dog walks. The views are always spectacular. I love that it's a mix of landscaped park with concrete paths as well as more rugged dirt paths, to give the dogs some enrichment. They have locking bathrooms, lots of benches, trash cans and picnic tables. We do unfortunately encounter people who have their dogs off-leash (it's not an off leash park) which is a nuisance and at times people have left trash in the parking lot but in general this is a trusted park for us. Visit near dusk for some amazing sunset photos.

The view of the mountains with the lake is beautiful. So many spots to have a picnic and dog friendly. The trees offer good shade. They have bathrooms which is so important with kids.
