The park has nice facilities. Two turf soccer fields, basketball court, tennis and pickleball courts. They also have a picnic area and playground. Supposedly, walking trials but I have never used them. The biggest problem is finding parking spots during busy hours. Also courts always seem busy so make sure you schedule ahead of time.

Walked it midmorning on a Sat in early Feb. Some rain the night before. It's unremarkable, with no natural or manmade features that stand out. Decently marked & maintained. Parking is plentiful in the city Park at the trailhead. (Restrooms, picnic tables, etc.) There's a disc golf course near the trailhead, after which I crossed paths with very few people (1 couple walking their dog). The hike is well shaded due to the trees/forest. Walking surface is mostly pine needles or leaves, some roots, some gravel (placed by humans), no other rocks. Steepest point is at the start, for ~40 yards, probably 30-40% grade. Most of both loops are low lying, marshy. At times the trail follows a sewer easement (wide, cleared, flat), but not for long. Pine Loop (shortest) is the least marshy, with good boardwalks where it's wet. Access to Pine Loop from Holly Loop has a very good bridge over a stream. I could hear car traffic at times only on Pine Loop. Didn't see much wildlife, some birds but not many. Hardly any trash. Overall, a decent trail to get into nature. Tip: take an extra pair of shoes to change into for the ride home.

Volleyball courts are behind Soccer Field 1. You cannot see it from Evans Rd or the Park’s parking lot.
