Beautiful safe playground. Awesome dog park where people actually pick up after their dogs! Awesome open field for sport practice. The playground has both big kid swings and baby swings and slides it has a safety turf making it softer if a child falls. This is an awesome neighborhood to live in!

Decent playground and park, but there's basically zero seating at the playground and not much shade either So you can't really bring your kid here and relax unless you bring your own camping chairs or what have you

The park has some good open space but it's all downhill, like retention ponds, so it can get pretty muddy after rain. The playground equipment is great for kids 1-8 and is in pretty good repair. For small kids there are 2 toddler swings, some wheels for turning (1 with beads inside), and a small set of slides. For older kids there's a larger set of slides, various climbing ladders/poles, and 2 standard swings. It only lacks monkey bars. The only downside to the playground is water retention, especially on the North (Roberts St) side, where a large puddle can form and stay a long time after rain. It's possible to play on the playground and avoid the puddle... but if your kid loves puddles and you don't want them wet I'd suggest you find somewhere else.

Just saw and heard Charm City Junction at a free concert in the park. They were good. The park itself is a neighborhood park with a children's play area and two fields were soccer and other games are played.
