Great place to go for a hike. Its not too busy, sometimes the parking along old samish road can fill up.

I didn't go far down the trail here, since the bridge is closed and the trail past it has been damaged by flooding. However, I still give this 5 stars because this trail is stunning! I will be coming back to take a different trail soon.

Trails which connect to Fairhaven park, the interurban trail, and the hundred acre woods in southern Bellingham. The new bridge is in which is very nice. Beautiful trail great for walking or biking. Bikers should take care and yield to pedestrians though. Trail is narrow in some places.

Gorgeous park nestled just south of Fairhaven. Ample pathways ensure that the park is never too crowded. Once you've hiked in 5 minutes or so you'll probably only see a few other folk. Gorgeous trails, bridges, streams, and even a waterfall. Wonderful all year round, absolutely breathtaking in the autumn.

Hiked Chuckanut Ridge trail to Interurban. Spectacular Baker and bay views. Trail becomes very primitive and technical about mile 4'ish until you bushwhack down to Fragrance Lake and rejoin the well traved trail.
