Came here with my family for the eclipse and it was a wonderful little park. My daughter doesn't a lot of time playing on the playground and then we went on a walk in the trail that they had at the park. After we had a picnic in the picnic area and then watched the eclipse. It was so amazing to see. This was the perfect place to be for it.

Did you know this park has a disc golf course that is great for beginner to intermediate enthusiasts.

Great for older kids and younger kids. The skate park is in view. My 10 yr old has his scooter over there while I play with the younger two at the park. Also a walking trail. Very family friendly. The grass at the playground is actually turf. Shaded pavilion. Clean and new.

The park has a nice disc golf course. It is a good practice course. It is short but technical. It is a 9 hole course with 2 sets of starting points to make it an 18 hole course. If you have enough discs you can play 18 holes in a 9 hole distance. The creek running through the course can be a real hazard if you're not careful, and sometimes even if you are. At some point they had two baskets for each hole, with 2 distances for each starting point, but when I was there it only had one basket so you had to figure out which distance it was. Also, there are no "launch" pads. Just a sign to stand next to in the grass. I would stop in again if I'm in the area. The park has a real nice playground for kids with artificial turf.

Great park! The playground is a lot of fun, with astroturf. The bathrooms are very clean and it has a skate park next to the playground. The walking paths are paved and well landscapes.
