Nice open space for public just beside library. Big enough for events with hundreds of people. In addition to parking lot, Library parking garage allow up to 4 hours free parking. Attended SU Runner event in the new year morning. Start from here.

This is a great park for my dog! It’s spacious with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. The park is well-maintained, with clean facilities and shaded areas for both pets and owners to relax. My dog always has a fantastic time here, and it's a wonderful place to meet other dog owners. Highly recommend it for any dog lover!

This is a nice grassy area right nextdoor to Bellevue Public Library. Lots of dogs were playing ball and mostly all off leash. There’s busy roads around but little farther off. It has handicap parking, benches to sit & picnic tables. Nice stop to do dogs “ business” in the middle of busy downtown Bellevue. Only bad was had no poop bags so lots of piles everywhere. That can be fixed , hint hint.

This is an open field located next to Bellevue Library in Downtown Bellevue. It is really just an open space to walk around. There are some tables to have a picnic here and there is plenty of parking available given its location next to the library. According to the City of Bellevue website, there are plans to develop the site into a real park so you can expect some development in the near future here.
