No one else on the trail this evening. Massive trees in this little park so close to the city. A little vegetation encroachment on some parts of the trail but very clearly marked. Kind of feels like the forest primeval.

Great venue space. Cute for education and art classes. The trails are gorgeous and the mini park provides a nice oasis

These trails are located behind the golf course near the back of the park. Though there is a decent amount of elevation change, these trails are not very difficult because they are quite short and well-maintained. In addition, there are wooden steps placed in areas that would otherwise be quite steep and treacherous if the trail were just made of dirt and rock. You could probably walk the entire length of the trails in under thirty minutes. I went when it rained recently and it was still a bit muddy and I didn't have any issues with slipping down the sides of these hills. The trails were not busy and I was the only person walking along them when I visited. Along the trail, I saw a buck with antlers and that was pretty cool to see in an area that is so close to the city.

Very scenic. Peaceful. Easy trail. Great to have this respite in an urban center.

Went on a field trip with Silverton Elementary. Ms. Rachel and Ms. Angel were excellent teachers!
