What a great place! Absolute must no matter the dog you have. Big dog area, small dog area and even separate areas for those dogs that prefer to be separate.

Now that the holes in the fence are blocked off it is close to perfect. It is a place for dogs AND people. It has the best conversation in town in the covered seating area for humans. It has plenty of room to run in separate areas for dogs under/over 40 pounds. Both sides have a brick pathway all the way around along the fence to walk on. It has lighting until 9 pm. It has convenient water on both sides, with an additional spot for washing off dogs that rolled in the dirt. Poop bags are provided with a garbage drop on the way out. Parking is right there and plenty of it, unless there is a baseball game going on. Only two small wishes. I wish the grass was better maintained, it needs more grass seed. And a couple more shade trees on the little dog side because the two plum trees have a neurotoxin in the pits, which sickens the dogs in fruit season. The rotting fallen plums attract bees that sting the dogs. We do our best to pick them up but there are thousands(really). That said, it is still a great place! Whoever designed this place did a great job. Unlike other towns the Bark Park Dog Park is open to all, there is no key pad to keep out of towners out. There are a few common sense rules, mostly for the safety of the dogs posted by the entrance. Very welcoming!

Great dog park; 3 gated areas for different types of dogs. All owners have been good about following the rules so far.

Very large park with big free parking and lots of variety for the doggies, both small and large with 3 separate fenced areas, one for small, one for big and one that could be for special needs. which is perfect for dogs that dont get along, so they can be completely alone but still run freely! Very nice big dog park!!!

UPDATE (1/12/26) - With the ongoing construction + subsequent heavy equipment for a new Alternative School adjacent to the dog park THERE IS MUD EVERYWHERE IN THE SHARED PARKING LOT! It's becoming akin to a swamp. Parking is significantly hampered for the time being. The area in which the dogs play is unaffected. ------------------------------------------------------- A lovely, wide-open space where dogs of all sizes can run off-leash. Two sections (large dogs/small dogs) separated with wire fences. During warmer months, water spigots function; during colder months you must provide your own water for the dogs. Plastic bags + waste bins are provided year round. Human bathroom facilities are available during warmer months.
