We like barkmore very much. They are always helpful and flexible. We had to leave town fast, one step ahead of the sheriff. Called barkmore they said we just closed for the day (11:00am on a Saturday), but we can wait til you get here. As for what goes on behind the scene, my dog won't say. All she says is , first rule of fight club.... She did get a nice bath before we picked her up, so all good

BarkMore Park is such a special place. You can tell right away how much love and care goes into everything they do. The staff has so much experience with animals and truly treats every dog like their own. It’s clear they’ve created an environment where dogs feel safe, happy, and excited to be there. The space is always clean and thoughtfully run, and there’s a real sense of trust that comes from how well the team knows each dog and their needs. I love seeing how happy the dogs look in photos and videos—it’s obvious they’re having a great time and being looked after with so much attention. You can feel that BarkMore Park has been part of the Asheville community for a long time, and that kind of long-standing care really shows. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where dogs are genuinely loved and cared for.
My dog has severe separation anxiety and being able to take him to daycare where I know he's been taken care of and gets some energy out is such as huge help to me!!! Apollo loves going there and facility and owners are fantastic!! Before my other pup passed away, I always knew that they would keep an extra eye on her for me in her old age and give her lots of love. It's a great comfort to me knowing that my pup is having fun while I'm at work!! A tired dog is a happy dog!
My dog loves coming here! They are absolutely wonderful with our pup. He's a rescue and typically nervous around new people but he's never had a problem with any of the staff here.
