Basin V Park

It's a good place to relax and feed the ducks and goose geese whatever no but it's pretty nice

It's just up the road from my house, hidden behind Walmart. There's a lot of homeless activity during the day and a few even camp there at night. There's a nice little pic nic / recreation area next to the basin that seems pretty nice tho.

Would be another great Fresno Park, but a City worker was called there because there is a very bothersome neighbor who lives on the perimeter of the park. They complained about my dogs who are well behaved, trained and leashed. This neighbor called both the city and the police to complain about "scary dogs chasing children in the park". I won't be back.

The area is infested with mice rats and frogs the pictures are of the Tiburon Apartments and is super advised by Robert L Jensen about the 13 years that I've been here the last seven have been uncomfy Tenants come and go and it seems that the supervisory company for the property seems to that on suing the tenants for repairs management does not have an expense account to my knowledge to provide traps and regular things to be kept up due to renters rights just go ahead and look up the website for Robert L Johnson you will see the reviews and complaints

Pretty nice park, lots of places to sit and enjoy the view! Easily accessible, only downside is the environment around it.
