An absolute gem we recently found. Total off leash dedicated regional park for dogs. There is mailboxes throughout with bags to pick up waste and trash facilities to dispose of properly. They even have bowels or pans for water scattered for the dogs.. Who ever thought of the design and amenities of this park should be commemorated!! Well Done!! Love this place and its becoming a regular place for socializing our Sheppard ❤️❤️

Battle Creek Regional Park is a great starting point for outdoor activities. I’ve visited for walks and nearby hikes, and it always feels well organized. The park itself is clean and spacious, and it’s easy to spend time here before heading onto trails. It’s a good place to enjoy the outdoors without feeling rushed. Everything feels maintained and accessible, which adds to the experience.

The beautiful oak trees make this a STUNNING walk. I enjoyed every second of pushing my son around a loop. The trails are paved very nicely, making this wonderful walking with a handicapped person. HOWEVER, expect to use some muscle to get up those hills and some pull back as you go down. This is well worth the work and gorgeous. We enjoyed it so much. It made my heart happy to have this bit of nature in the middle of the city. A welcome end to a long day in the car.
