Nice little hidden park. Despite being in the corner between 2 highways, fairly low noise pollution. Similar to phillippe with ocean and tree views, but obviously much smaller. Nice little gravel walkway and some nature/animals. Excellent for local dog walkers training their pups for larger or more complex walkways. No restroom, and a bit tricky to access, but I think that adds to the peacefulness as the park is rarely busy.

Beautiful place but could use a little more love. I think it's probably due to the hurricane flooding last year. The butterfly garden no longer exists. The path was clean but down by the water needs a little cleaning up of brush. Beautiful scene but don't expect to swim here as there is a warning listed for sludge dumped in the area. Nice quick trip. Did not see any homeless or feel uneasy as others posted in the past.

Free limited parking (4 parking spaces) Open sunrise to sunset Small park Very difficult to find, take BayView street then turn right in CR 31 street . This is the only access point. Pass a few run down homes and the park will be on your left No restrooms No water fountain Pet friendly Not ideal for children, drug addicts and homeless hang out or sleep at this park. Child stroller and wheel chair accessible

Bayview Park, Clearwater FL. Small park with a picnic Pavilion for enjoyment. Lots of old Oak trees in this park. Nice walking trail, the path is covered with sea shells to keep the dust down. Benches to enjoy the shade. Located on the end of Gulf To Bay Blvd. just before you turn onto the Baybridge. I love Florida for all of these hidden gems. Stop by and enjoy a short stroll next time you are in the area My dog Bentley enjoyed his evening walk here.

Nice, simple park. Shaded picnic tables, beautiful big Live Oaks, and a nice path around the park and down to the waterfront. No bathrooms or playground.
