Very rude owner/caretaker/supervisor. I believe that the park is privately owned and whoever is in charge of making sure everyone leaves at dusk was incredibly rude. I made my way back to the car as the sun was going down, hustling to get there. They could see me hustling. Many of us were getting to our cars. I said "have a good night" to the owner/caretaker/supervisior and he responded "let's go already" in a super rude tone. It was still light outside. The time was around 6pm. There was no need to be unkind. I was 10 steps away from my car. It was very clear that we are not welcome there.

I started running at this park 2 years ago. I arrive at 6:30am, along with a few others, trying to get early miles in! Some of us don’t have the rest of the morning/day! The past 2 weeks the gate hasn’t been open! So disappointing! What’s changed! They use to open the gate at 6am??

This dog friendly park has a large area for your dogs to run freely with other dogs. Or if you want a more open walking area there is a walking trail that is scenic and along the river. The park is not overly crowded and also has a picnic area as well as a grass volleyball court.

Great place to jog, walk your dogs, or just another summer picnic with your family. There is a Dog Park where your dogs can play and relax in nature. The pictures speak for themselves.
