I walked a lot here during the never ending winter of snow 2026. Trails were plowed well enough while my neighborhood roads were not maintained very well. Very few others walking but it was very cold. Trails are all paved, also a good place to bike in warmer weather.

This park is truly picturesque, offering a dedicated area for gardening, teeming with lush green vegetables. Its vast expanse accommodates various activities such as fishing, trekking, and hiking. Moreover, it's a haven for children with picnic tables and playgrounds. A stable graces the park, housing magnificent and robust horses 🐎. All in all, it's an exceptional place to while away the hours!

I don’t come here often because I live too far away, but I’m always glad when I do. Growing up in Delaware, there’s a lot I don’t like about here, but our state parks are sparkling gems in an otherwise dull state.

Very nice park; glad there's not drive-through areas throughout the whole park and that it's mostly walk-only. The horses/stables on site are very cool as well as the large garden. Park office sells stuffed animals of local creatures and has tons of pamphlets for those interested in the local foliage and creatures.

Amazing park. Very well maintained, plentiful parking. Nice pond for fishing, good pavilions, children’s play area, picnic tables, awesome as a wedding location and photography. All together great park.
