It's a small but cute park close to where I live. Decently maintained during non-winter season. There is a small children's playground and a picnic table with gazebo. A small trail in the wood is also located behind the park. I go there sometime for a small walk. I have recently noticed homeless people made their home into the tree house that the park have. They seem harmless though.
Small but very fecent park on the hill slopes. Used natural slope to built park . Very nice .
Great out-of-the-way small park. Must park on street to get to. We parked on Miller Ave. Very steep, concrete walk way up to the park. It has nice playground equipment, dirt/grassy pathways, pergola with tables and our favorite was the platform built around a tree. Three stars due to the steep walk up.
This whimsical park sits upon a hill and has lots of unique features. The play structure is one of my favorites in town and suitable for 1-5 year olds. There is a gravel path that leads through an old building site, a wooded area, a tree fortress, and back to the play structure. It's a perfect starter "hike" for littles. There's plenty of shade. There is occasionally garbage around, so please pick up after yourself. Parking is limited to a side street and the park entrance is on the other side so be careful crossing. Special features: Entrance arch Ruins/rubble Tree fortress with hanging bridge Wooded area Stump bear Tee-pee and arch tunnel Walking path Play equipment: Slides: 1 spiral, 1 double curve Swings: none Climbers: 1 web, 1 curved slats, 1 c-ladder, 1 chain ladder Extras: 2 driving wheels, tunnel, mirror Amenities: Gazebo Parking: limited street On-site water: yes, pump On-site bathroom: no
There are powerful Pokemon in Benton Hill Park and some very ridimentary trails that you can always follow downhill to escape safely. Sandwiched between an Eco Village and a landlord who prefers terf grass. Great place for legal vibe raising activity.
