The dog park area is nice. Very spacious, cool rocks that my dog liked, and not as much trash as the area around the pond. Some TLC, more trash cans, and some water fountains would be a huge improvement.

Great park. The fenced dog park is great, with lots of shade and picnic tables inside and lots of room for the dogs to run. And just across the field past the pond, there’s a dirt path to Big Walnut Creek which was perfect for my dog! The creek is clean and clear and some areas might be deep enough for swimming but my dog just laid down in the shallows. Great for a hot day.

Beautiful scenery around the lake area. Lots of small birds, geese and ducks to watch. Saw some turtles and other wildlife in the lake. It’s also has a huge dog park with individual parks for large and small dogs.

Lovely fenced field for pups to run in (and for owners to walk in, if you’re looking for a park without a track.) Picnic tables for those who need a rest! Outside area has plenty of space and trails.
