Great walking trail in the middle of Minnetonka. With parking in at least 3 entries is a nice calm trail that follows the Big Willow River. Very easy trail, some parts have pavement and others not. Not a very long trail but it's quite nice for a daily walk

Easily our new favorite walking/hiking area! There are a variety of paved and crushed gravel pathways (wider), but also tonssss of smaller ‘deer trails‘ (thinner, 1-person) through the woods that I prefer. Even with there being quite a few people there, it was super easy to feel alone out there. Super, super peaceful. And almost impossible to get ‘lost’!! Everything connects back to each other so well. Excellent, excellent place to walk/hike with your dog. Lots of benches to sit as well! Only about 10ish parking spaces so that can get a little tight, but usually not a problem. Cant recommend this park enough! So upkept and clean, everyone is so friendly, and there are so many twists and turns you can take to make it a fun hike/walk.

Big Willow Park has several baseball diamonds, a playground and a few trails that start just down the road. One of the trails was closed when I went, but the other offered a beautiful walk next to a small waterway, several wooden bridges and some lovely fields. Trails start out paved before transitioning to gravel/dirt. I didn’t see any maps, so keep your route in mind as you walk.

They have Drinking fountains! Also there's a baseball field, restroom building, some benches, and a playground with slides, individual spinning rides, a teeter totter, and more

Very nice. I went to see a little league game my nephew was playing in. The score was with my nephew pitching. Beautiful park with well kept fields. I could stay out of the sun on what was the hottest day of the year because of all the trees. Nice spot Minnetonka!
