The Blacklick Woods Metro Park nature Center offers visitors activities inside the center as well as outside. You can spend time inside looking outside around the pond and woods to see many different animals. There is also a large variety of birds. There are coloring activities for children. There are postings & listings inside as well as outside of the nature center for all of the upcoming events. They have created a mini canopy tour inside of the nature center with its very own cargo net. This is a great place for taking pictures. You will find various creatures throughout the nature center. This is a great place to meet with staff to be informed about not only the great events they have going on but as well as many of the different species in the park. While inside you can ask for your park passport and it will already be stamped for you to take on to your next adventure at your next park. They do offer a water fountain inside. There are no restrooms the restrooms are at the front of the trail leading to the nature center. There is a great area outside of the nature Center with chairs a fire pit a tractor as well as giant turtle replicas for getting your picture taken. I would highly recommend this nature Center to anyone and everyone. If you're looking for fun activities to do the park is the best place to find them

This place was so cute and fun for kids! Some exhibits to check out and very informed employees shared a lot of facts. The bird watching window was awesome with so many birds to see!

Great place! I'd use these trails everyday if I lived close to it. The nature center had habitats of small local wildlife. And a viewing area where you could watch birds and squirrels eat. Canopy walk was awesome! Stairs weren't too bad at all and there is an elevator for the main part. Only stairs for the tippy top but you see plenty from the lower level.

A beautiful day at the park and in the tree tops! The nature center has been remodeled since our last visit with more animal enclosures to visit. I do miss the coloring table.
