This is an easy stop off to take a well-behaved Dog who just needs to run. It’s along a busy, winding road where drivers like to pretend they’re in a race. Always boggled and stressed out by the absence of a fence. A temporary chain link setup would be so easy! Regardless, I take my dogs there quite often to run them. They’ll chase a ball and check in with me. But I wouldn’t dare take a bolter, even on-leash.
Nice off leash area to throw the ball/frisbee
There was nothing there and definitely not the goats. That is only 1x a year. I wouldn’t bring kids or puppies we just went across the street to the soccer field called “coaches playfield”. Then we went to Dracena Quarry Park (pathway from 100 Dracena Ave.) which was super kid and dog friendly!
Today Blair Park is a mythical place, back in the 1880s it was a real place, but today it is the area where coaches field is and the surrounding area Blair Ave was the entrance
