Stopped by this park today and thought that it was super cute! There’s a nice walking path along the park, a playground for children, restrooms, at tennis court & basketball court, in baseball fields. There’s plenty of seating around also. The weather was nice today, but I can imagine coming here during a hot day and it not being so fun because there’s not much shade. There’s also a beautiful bridge in the center, could be a good place to take photos. I would visit again because it was quiet, clean and had many things to do.

I had a great time at this park with my dog! It’s a beautiful and spacious place—big enough to explore but not overwhelming. The park has a really nice balance of nature and activity, with lots of people out exercising and families enjoying the space. It’s both family-friendly and very dog-friendly, which is lovely. My dog is off-leash ecollar trained, so he had an absolute blast running around and chasing squirrels. I even got some amazing photos of him in action! The fountain is super relaxing and looks stunning in person, and the historic areas throughout the park give it a really unique and memorable charm.

Blue Jacket Park is a fantastic place for outdoor activities and relaxation. The park is beautifully maintained, with lush green spaces and well-kept pathways perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. There are plenty of amenities, including sports fields, a playground, and picnic areas, making it a great spot for families. The serene lake and picturesque scenery create a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for unwinding. Highly recommend visiting Blue Jacket Park for a refreshing and enjoyable day out!

This is a beautiful place to walk the dog! There are also amenities for public gatherings. Free parking and bathrooms. Baseball fields, large grass fields, plenty of sidewalks, playgrounds, exercise equipment, shade trees. And as someone that went to boot-camp at the Naval Training Center that used to be there, it is cool to see the Naval memorabilia featured.

Blue Jacket Park is clean, organized, and family-focused. Playgrounds are modern, paths are smooth, and the open lawn is well maintained. It lacks uniqueness. Everything works, but nothing surprises. It’s reliable, not memorable. As a neighborhood park, that’s enough.
