What a great gem. This place is available for rental @ $35, has wifi, gallery kitchen, large roomy main area that holds 20 people for small gatherings. Reserved parking spaces, such a great place, we had a baby shower. AC worked fantastic on a hot day. Really enjoyed this place. It is maintained by Leon County and an adjacent to a beautiful dog park.

We rented this out for a birthday party. It was the most affordable party I’ve thrown! The room is nice and big. There are bathrooms, storage area, and a room with a microwave and sink (no fridge). Tons of outlets. There are plenty of tables and chairs to use and set up however you’d like to. Bring your food and decorations and have fun! We brought our own speakers, but there is a projection/screen to use if needed.

A wonderful piece of history in Killearn Lakes. A great place for meetings. Always love going to the old school house.
