Pretty man-made waterfall at this park with two trails on either side of the river to walk along. During November the leaves were beautiful especially with the bridges. There are a few benches around and some picnic tables near the parking lot. The waterfall is about a 20 minute walk down the river from the parking lot. I'd like to check out the rose garden in the spring when they are in bloom!

Visited as a vendor for the Brandywine Festival - great location along the beautiful river that offered moments of serenity amidst the crowds of patrons come to shop the Artists' quality creations. Highly recommend!

I walked around this beautiful little park a couple of times this past weekend while visiting the area. This park is well maintained, and the scenery here is absolutely stunning. There is also a cute little zoo that is great for little kids. The one thing I found a little odd was that the park had no restrooms around the perimeter. The only restrooms are in the zoo. This park is very quiet, and in the opinion of this New Yorker, I found it safe. I really enjoyed my walks, and this park is definitely worth checking out, whether you're a resident or visitor, like myself.

I haven't been here in years. They really built it up and definitely more to see. Before it was drab and boring, now it's beautiful

Great little zoo! Had a great time! The person that works the lemur exhibit was awesome. Really friendly and knowledgeable!
