I want to give this park a 5 star review.... But LATELY, the bathrooms are gross gross, no TP, no soap and no paper towels or working dryers anymore...... The tables by the moonlight entrance are always filthy nowadays. The tables by the playground are broken and dangerous. The grills are all broken now and can't be used. We used to LOVE grilling, disc golfing, basketball, etc. , etc. But now it's just G R O S S ....... VISTA YOU NEED TO FIX OUR FAVORITE PARK 😤

Local park in Vista with some alternate sporting events. Multiple baseball parks, basketball courts, Bocce ball lanes, tennis, pickle ball courts, sand volleyball area, and a full course for Frisbee golf. Multiple picnic areas and playgrounds for children. Those isla walking distance to the Alta Vista Botanical Gardens. This is a must go to.... Although not a trailhead to hike, there is a small trail walk area, where one can cross a cute bridge over raging....uhm dirt and sand....

Rating is for Moonlight Amphitheatre. Love it; local excellent musical theater with great seats and sound. Adequate restrooms, clean site, helpful and cheerful employees and volunteers, free parking and small enough venue that exciting after the show takes only minutes.

Best place in North San Diego County to watch fireworks for the 4th of July! You can see the fireworks from all the surrounding villages and towns as well as a spectacular firework display from Vista. We have been coming here for more than 25 years.

The entire grounds of Brengle Terrace Park is huge! We spend almost 3 hours here and could have easily spent even longer. We played on the playground and then went up the hill to the Alta Vista Botanical Gardens. See my next post for more info about the gardens. 📍1200 Vale Terrace Dr, Vista, CA 92084 💰This park is free 🚙Plenty of parking spaces in multiple lots 🎠1 playground but no swings. The ground is a rubber/mulch surface mix and it is shaded with canopies 🚽Restrooms 🧺Multiple picnic tables scattered around the park grounds and a few pavilions and gazebos with more tables 🪑Park benches at playground and scattered through park 🖼Many of the open lawns are a part of the disc golf and have gofer holes and dirt patches so it’s not ideal for a picnic blanket 🥾Mini dirt hiking trails with bridges and paved paths along the creek 🌷Botanical gardens 🥏Frisbee golf ⚾️ Baseball fields 🏀Basketball courts 🎾Tennis courts 🏏Pickle ball courts 🏆Bocce ball courts
