PLEASE PEOPLE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, STOP FEEDING THE DUCKS BREAD!!! YOURE KILLING THEM, THERES NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE AND IT GETS THE WATER ALL GROSS. Just go to the local dollar store and buy a $5 bag of sun flower seeds or bird feed and hand feed them. SIMPLE DAMMIT! I want to strangle who ever came up with the dumb idea to feed animals with bread. Youll start seeing more variety of birds if you do things right. Other than that, love this place. I hope people keep taking care of it. They should add more plants and make it more nice and diverse with desert plants, grass is nice but it has no purpose in the desert other than esthetic.

This park gives some much needed green to the city. There's a little pond with ducks and other birds. The Veteran's Memorial is well maintained. The pathways are brick and perfect for walking or jogging. Overall a nice place.

Grew up in IV, came back to visit after having been gone for a couple of decades. This park was somewhere we went all the time while growing up. I’m glad to see that they’ve tried hard to keep it up. It’s a pretty park and very large. Paved walk ways, fountains, play area, Little Library box. I enjoyed our time back here.

Large and accessible park. Great kid playground, water features with ducks, fountains. Good for walking leashed dogs. Oddly, very few sitting benches but there are grassy hills. Very well cared for and clean family park.

Took my dog out for a walk. Nice park, but, the only negative aspect of it is the water pond. It really needs to be cleaned. It's been left untreated and looks horrendous.
