My daughter loves to go to at least this little Park. It's kept clean and free of any debris at all usually. Great place to bring small kids. Maybe 9 or 10 at the most for the age limit. Just depends on if they can have fun with a few to maybe just one kid at times. But it's fun if the kids have fun.

A small shaded park for kids and it has a basketball court. There is no on site parking. You can park at the WIC Center nearby.

On March 10th at 7:30pm my son was at Burrowing owl park- Basketball court playing a game. In the midst of playing, he needed to defend himself in an altercation with a boy around his age. After the fight, my son grabbed his ball to go home and was followed by 5-6 people which then turned into them jumping my son. There was 2 adults in the area, who helped my son escape, so he can run home. However, if anyone witness this incident on Friday and was able to help I want to thank you personally. This had raised many concerns in this community & now my son does not feel safe even in defending himself. I’m grateful that my 14 year old was not severely hospitalized thankfully to those 2 adults. As a parent who truly cares about the well-being of my child, I would extend any help to try and keep this community safe- please if anyone can find it in their hearts to share, support, and help in any way, would be appreciated in reward. Although authority is involved due to them being minors there’s not much of Justice to serve in such cruelty and bullying! My son did not deserve this at all, and I will do anything in my power to help stand up for him & many children in cases like this. Anyone knows anything please reach out! Thank you 😢
