On 11/2/2025 around 9:30 am, saw parents bringing a young son and riding motorbike across park fields. It was Sunday, and there were quite few of people in the park.
A hidden gem! If you like solitude but too lazy to walk all the way to the inner Chino Hills State Park or pay parking fee, this is the park for you. Not crowded. Have bathroom. Many benches! A playground! Great peaceful views! But most importantly, breeze and sounds of leaves!
Nice park with Baskin and volleyball court. Additional space to play soccer too !! There is a small trail in the park around mini hill. only one shade for picnic table. So carry picnic mats and have fun in the shade of big trees. Park has toilets!! Playground is quite small. Suitable for toddlers. Wouldn't rate is one of the best parks in Chino Hills!! But all in all not bad!!
This is a nice and quiet park. Playground is clean and pick up basketball is played although I never see the courts full for long periods of time. The local AYSO organization uses the park to also hold practices during the week. Dogs are sometimes off leashes and you can catch a small group with a blanket hanging out or an individual spread out on a blanket with the book they are reading. There a guy that is there weekly that is practicing/possibly filming his martial arts routines which is cool to watch and hear. Fair warning, ants are bad in some areas and will invade your unattended items if you are close to the hills and tarantulas come out on occasion.
Very well planned. Well maintained, very nice playground & clean bathrooms. Very nice picnic area.
