My kids had so much fun. I would most definitely be going back on the next snow day. Been coming here since I was a kid and I’m glad my kids enjoy something I loved as a kid myself. Can’t wait to see what the summer time looks like for me and my family. I heard great things.

We went to a summer concert on Saturday, July 6, 2024. It was ok. The price was $37 each for pavilion seats for a 60s/70s tribute band which seemed too expensive. I would have liked to get a hard seltzer, but they only had beer and wine. Their selection was limited to 5 different beers. The sound system was not that great and at times you could not hear the singers very well.

Grew up in Cleveland Heights and spent lots of good times at Cain Park. I moved to the west side so I only get here now and then with the kids. Sled hill is still one of the best around! Took an out of town friend and one of my kids and we had a great time even though it was really cold. Will always come back here for sled riding!

First off, nice place to see a show. Small setting lawn has good views, and the seats are actually for human size beings and quite comfortable. The sound system was also great. But several cons. First of all, no real parking which can be good or bad. The good part is parking is free. Bad part is you got to find a spot in the neighborhood in front of people's homes and hope that it's okay to park there, then walk into the venue. Give yourself enough time to find a parking space. The other con is the food or should I say lack thereof. There were three very small coolers selling only drinks with incredibly long lines. In the back of the pavilion were three food trucks offering way too wide a variety of foods. This a concert folks... sell some sandwiches, Some fries, some nachos and some drinks. And let's move on. The woman behind me spent an hour to get food. That should never happen at a concert ever. I appreciate having gourmet food trucks, but in a concert setting you need fast service over super high quality food. Fix that problem and it would be a near perfect place for a concert!

It's kinda easy to overlook this park as much of it is engulfed in trees & below street level (limits seeing from your car that it's there). Limited on-site parking means you may have to park/walk from one of the several side streets (south of Superior road). Although there to check out the Art Festival, I was reminded there are 2-3 live entertainment venues (plays, performances, concerts), basketball & several tennis courts & more.
