What a lovely little park! Took food here for lunch on a Saturday and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. Plentiful picnic tables and benches to choose from, and scenic trees and flowers in late spring. Had no trouble finding free street parking right alongside. No sign of the cats other reviews mentioned, unfortunately.

♿️ Beautiful green space. Great for a quick walk and close to quite a few things. I believe this park is ♿️ accessible. There is a parking spot right as you go into the park. There is a cobblestone pathway and a paved path capable of getting you throughout the park. It's small and right across from the Virginia Samford Theater. Plenty of people seem to walk their dogs on leashes, there are plenty of trash cans available to dispose of the waste. There was cat food on one of the benches for the kitties that roam freely and hide.

Good park for running and walking. Lots of open area and even a cute neighborhood library.

It's too many unwanted individuals who walk that make you feel unsafe i honesty don't like it as much its a small park historical but could look or enhance the appearance its not the safest at all too much dogs or poop
