This mountainside public park is an absolute gem. The walking trail is well maintained and offers beautiful views the entire way, especially with the river running right alongside it. The sound of the water makes the walk incredibly peaceful and relaxing. There are plenty of picnic sites throughout the park, making it a great place for families, gatherings, or a quiet lunch surrounded by nature. One of the highlights is the outdoor theater with seating, which adds such a unique and fun element to the park and makes it feel like more than just a typical green space. Whether you’re looking for a scenic walk, a place to unwind, or somewhere to spend a full afternoon outdoors, this park has something for everyone. Definitely a place I’d recommend visiting again.

Such a big, beautiful park good for a huge range of events from birthday parties to family reunions to work or church events. There is a huge pavilion, places to fish in the river, a couple sand volleyball courts, little plastic rock climbing walls (7 ft?), Picnic tables with BBQ's, little nature trails, a paved trail where you can ride bikes or skate, etc, a giant open field to play baseball and other sports, even a small Theater/amphitheater. This park is minutes away from many other parks.Trails and waterfalls. highly recommended!

Went on a date here, we had hot chocolate and hiked the trail. There's not a lot of information about the Canyon Glen Loop trail on Google Maps, but it is a loop about 600 feet in elevation, with a wonderful little dirt (unpaved) pathway. Not the best maintained (sometimes the real trail was unclear, but just use Google maps and you'll follow it) and no spectacular destination, but a perfect place to go with friends and family. Pretty cold in park area, but warmer up on the trail. Granted, we went in the morning in October.

I went to see the natural beauty, but it's a nice size park for a picnic or small BBQ with family.

Park was a great little park, lots of grass, had tables and a few barbeques. Lots of Walking Paths, Cement and Dirt. Great Place to take a break and walk your dog. Had a River that ran thru it, the river was a little swollen and fast due to the record snowfall this year. (so had to be careful when using it) The plus side it was free unlike a lot of other places that you need to pay or have passes
