Very beautiful. Scenery, alot of traffic though. Scenic outlook was neat. I love looking at the big barges n boats. Keep up the good work guys. Not sure if this spot is part of cape rock park, it's across from the water treatment place. But, it is pretty cool if you like old mysterious places. There are live goldfish in this old water fountain. They are huge! Awesome place to stop and kill some time.

Lovely view from the top of a hill, overlooking the Mississippi. This would make a nice picnic spot with hiking trails nearby

Great piece of history with a beautiful view of the river. It's nothing crazy but if you are around there go check it out

Very interesting park on a high, pointed hill. It was interesting to learn a bit about the history of it. I would like to know more. The one negative was that there was litter strewn about, even though trash cans were available.

You will probably never forget your first trip to Cape Rock especially if you've never seen the river via foot that high. They could spend a little more time or man hours picking up litter. I probably pick up more litter then the city dose at this place.
