Beautiful, clean, 5-12yr old playground. Baseball, basketball, walking path. Outhouse available. Picnic shelter.
I like parks like this nestled in a neighborhood. It has a nice little pond and a walking path. There was playground equipment, a few picnic tables, and a small picnic shelter. I visited on a snowy day and Winter looked beautiful there. I look forward to coming back to Captain Dodd Park on a Spring, Summer, or Fall day. I'm sure it's very nice during all four seasons.
Nice little park, quaint walking path. Takes maybe 10 minutes to leisurely take the path around the pond. Decent sized playground area with a good variety of equipment. Even has a small basketball court. Will try to use pavilion this summer.
