Two separate areas for smaller & larger dogs plenty of space, shaded areas, very clean with pickup bags.

Nice dog park. I like that there is a separate area for large and small dogs. Plenty of room for dogs to run on both sides. That said, I don't like how much wood chips are on the ground in the large dog park. Gets stuck in dogs paws and makes it hard to see where the poop is to pick it up. Therefore, there is a lot of poop not picked up in the wood chip area. Just seems very unclean. The grass area in the back is a better area for the dogs to play. Wish it was all grass like it used to be. Would also like to add that there are often people who bring their aggressive or very untrained dogs to this park. Not the park's fault, but something everyone should be aware of. I've had a few encounters with dogs with poor behavior and dog owners who have no control over their dogs. Fyi. Please make sure you have full control over your dogs, and that they are friendly with other dogs/people before bringing them.

1st time there but good experience. Dogs all played well together. Owners were friendly and watchful and attentive with their fur babies. I have heard of dogs being attacked but I believe it was poor judgement on the owner's lack of common sense of their dogs behavior and or temperament. It could use shaded areas for sunny days. A water fountain is just outside of park but I'd suggest bringing water & container to have on hand.

We were thrilled to take our sweet pup to this park. Unfortunately during our first visit this morning, she was attacked by a dog named Hope. I was also bit while trying to protect my sweet dog. I am now going into my doctor this afternoon to get antibiotics and a tetanus shot. After the incident, two other owners told me Hope has attacked other dogs before. I do not recommend this park because owners are not responsible for their dogs.

Too many people are bringing their aggressive dogs to this park lately. There is a sign that states aggressive dogs are not allowed, but doesn't seem to be enforced. My dog was attacked and bit by another dog today and had to go to the vet for stitches. Also, when there is an event at the Biergarten, all the parking spots for the dog park are taken, but there is hardly anyone at either of the dog parks. After today, I will not go to this dog park again. It's a shame because this park is much closer than others and my dog has made friends with a lot of the other dogs. I'll drive the longer distance if it means my dog is safe from idiots and their aggressive dogs.
