Good spot to walk and be outdoors. Lots of other amenities...batting cages, 2 baseball/soft ball fields, play ground, skate park. Well maintained by the city.

It's a good, clean park, don't get me wrong. It's just on the smaller side and noisy from the freeway. The walkway is 0.36 miles around, and it has a few doggie poop bag stations along the way. But... if you're looking for fun, short nature trails, the one here probably isn't one of them. The Peterson Park Trail is definitely short—it's a 0.2-mile out-and-back trail. However, it is steep with loose gravel, and the latter half of the trail is overgrown from probably not enough use. As of the time of this review, the path after the first lookout area is completely overgrown with tall dry grass and weeds. The "trailhead" is hidden under the trees. There is supposedly poison oak growing here, so I did not attempt to explore off trail.

Very nice park in Diamond Bar located jus off the 60fwy, two very large baseball field that is also used for a soccer field,, a walking path that goes around the whole park, shade trees and canopy with picnic tables and barbecues, also has a nice skate park and clean bathrooms,,a padded children's playground for the kiddos..

Very nice, and well-maintained park. You can rent areas for your picnic, or birthday celebrations, and there's plenty of space for the kids.

Nice park with a small childrens area. They mostly have big baseball fields but there's a trail to walk the perimeter of the park which is a nice walk.
