This new park has a separate area for large and small dogs, is securely fenced with a 5ft fence and double gates in each section, has some benches and a water station for both dogs and their people. It's spacious and has been well maintained every time we've visited. Although the bag dispenser was empty it seems like people bring their own and clean up well after their pups. There are a couple trash barrels right outside the park and a broom to sweep off the path of pebbles. Once the newly installed trees grow in, they should offer some decent shade too! The pebbles in the play area might be a draw back for some people and pups but overall the Carr Park Dog Park is a great addition to the neighborhood!
