Suggest to go if you are nature lover. Well maintained in its natural way. Biking facilitated. Alot of options to select the trails. 3 miles, 8 miles or 12 miles. Also have restroom 🚻 facilities . Well directed.

This is as good as it gets when it comes to nature out here in DFW. Beautiful areas for walking, hiking, bird watching, camping, everything nature related. There’s a little bit of elevation again at least for out here in DFW without having to drive hours. There’s also plenty of parking. Enjoy your stay!

I wish I could buy a lot there I’m there so much lol. What a piece of heaven in our backyard. The park has something g for everyone, and it’s peaceful. The park is clean , the bathrooms are well kept. The sites are maintained well and updated often. Check on closed sites at the front desk with the lovely staff who feel like my family.

Very nice state park big with lots of room. Wasn't crowded but we were there early and didn't stay long. Let the dog play ball and go for a dip in the lake. Bought a year pass because we liked it so much.
