We love this dog park. The other dog owners are always friendly and the dogs all get along when we are there.

Great space with two spacious areas for large and small dogs! Plenty of benches and shady spots. Just wish the water fountains worked.

Love to take our dogs here to run safely!! Nice big space for "littles" too. Other pet parent are usually friendly animal lovers too.

I take my dog here very regularly and for the most part have had no issues. The space is nice and fairly well kept though lots of dog poop everywhere (I guess comes with the territory though pls pick up after you dog) Honestly I have no problems with the park itself I just wish it was better managed. I get that its all based on the honor code but lots of people who cannot control their dogs or do not train their dogs come here and I and my partner have been attacked or almost attacked by dogs at this point. Please understand that just because your dog is nice at home doesn't mean it will act well around other dogs or people it has never met. It is not an attack on your character or your dogs it's just the way they are. this is the number one problem here. Incompetent people who cannot step in when their dogs are causing problems. I've met people whose dogs have been attacked with no repercussions as well as there are some creeps who hang around sometimes. I've been harassed at this dog park multiple times.

This is the best dog park in Springfield. There are several benches scattered throughout and plenty of parking. There is a smaller area dedicated to small dogs and the rest of the park is for the larger dogs.
