Central Bark New Berlin

I have been bringing my dogs to Central Bark for eleven years, and have never looked back. My dogs are safe and well cared for, and always excited to go. When we get home, one of my dogs decides not to enter the house, but runs back to the garage thinking he can manipulate me to take him back. It used to take me a while to get him back to the house, but now he will grudgingly come inside once I put a leash on him. I can’t say enough about the staff, as all the staff are amazing. They not only treat my dogs in a friendly and professional manner, but even helped me out when I had an emergency (at closing time, no less.) Grooming is great, and conveniently done on their day at camp. They always come back squeaky clean and smelling fresh.

Everyone here is so caring. We have a very nervous dog who loves dogs and was always nervous of people. Regularly going to daycare here has improved his confidence so much that it's almost like he's a new dog. He has been going there for probably 5 years on an off but he keeps improving his confidence over time. Everyone at Central Bark really seems to care about him. At this point I think our dog would rather live at daycare than be home with our toddler. We are so thankful he can have a place where he is catered to and so well taken care of.

I have been taking my dog here for many years and have only had fantastic service. Always friendly employees behind the checkout desk. And the groomers are wonderfully accommodating. Would highly recommend!

The staff are truly amazing—caring, attentive, and always going the extra mile to ensure every dog is well taken care of. Our dog absolutely loves her time here and met her best friend during her very first week, which made the experience even more special for us. It's comforting to know that her well-being is a top priority, and we can always trust she's in good hands. All grooming for our dog is done here as well. Highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a reliable and loving place for their furry family members!

We had such a great time at puppy hour last night at Central Bark in New Berlin. Emily was amazing with all the puppies and redirected them when needed and helped build their confidence on the play ramp.
