Our girl LOVES going here every chance she gets! When we pull up to the door, she's so ready to go inside that she forgets I exist. We purchased the birthday package for ... best birthday ever!! The video they did of her was awesome! She also really enjoys cafè time. I can't say enough good things about Central Park and all they do to make our baby girl's stay a great one every time she goes!
Both of our dogs love Central Park! Our dogs visit daycare, enrichment class, and occasionally stay overnight. They are immensely loved and cared for! My oldest dog Buck recently turned 13, and has been attending since he was a pup. Melissa, Nicole, Cecelia, Donnie, Chloe, and all of the dog handlers have done the best job in providing my dogs a great home away from home! They have been very spoiled!
Excellent daycare with caring staff. My pup loves going here. Sometimes, she’s so excited to get in, I think she will one day make it over the entry fence. The staff will text to let you know if something is happened like vomiting during the day, and inform you are the end of the day, if there was a one time episode of diarrhea. She’s been attending nearly 1 year now, and I couldn’t be happier with Central Park. If my pup could talk she would say the same, but her body language every morning let’s me know that she loves it. In fact, she will remind me at home to get going if I’m running late by nosing her car harness. It’s like she doesn’t want to be late!!🤣 No regrets attending this daycare. She does board here also. I don’t do grooming here, but it’s only because she doesn’t like doing that and I want to keep her experience here positive always!! Before COVID, there were fun events like Halloween 🎃 party. My pup got a spider tattoo and had her cards read. 🤣 Needless to say, it’s a great place.
The BEST dog day care in OKC. They really go the extra mile to make sure your baby is cared for and safe. I boarded my baby here and they text you throughout the day to let you know how they’re doing. I paid extra for some 1:1 time and they showed my new rescue how to play with toys! Now she loves them. They truly take their time with each and every dog in their care and their compassion for animals shines through in all they do. Cannot recommend this place enough, truly! Mabel can’t wait to come back and see y’all. 💛
I have been taking my GSD here for almost 3 years & now my young GSD. I have had over charges but this last boarding charge was devastating as I was charged to my debit card when I had told Nicole face to face to charge this other card, I watched her input in their system. When I text her, she then charged another $280 to my Visa card and said she refunded the other charge. I asked her not to because that refund could take days to credit my bank. My bank still doesn’t show in their system. This caused a hardship as I am traveling cross country with my 10 year old grandson. I told her that this has ruined our trip as it has caused a financial strain. Mind you I am in my senior years living on a budget now. I spoke to the owner, she listened to my rant but at the very end her words were “we have to part our ways now and I don’t appreciate how you spoke to Nicole”. Meaning the pups aren’t allowed to come back. Well, I had already decided to not bring them back. So I am confident she knew that anyway. I’m relieved that I made the decision to take my pups to a facility that is much more professional, wants to please their client. From what I see, the new one doesn’t over charge for additional activities as in the cafe racquet they have going on at Central Park. Their activities are all inclusive. They just walk around while dogs are out in the yards doing no interaction. On weekends they’re alone, other than a couple hours in morning and couple in evening, so I recommend not boarding on weekends if you don’t want your active dogs crated majority of those 2 days. I will be very honest here, I told Nicole if she keeps treating customers this way, she will eventually run the business in to the ground. Good luck boarding over Memorial weekend. They’ll probably be crate most of the time. Maybe some people are okay with that. I’m not. The cafe and reading bedtime stories seem to me to be money racquet, Nicole deflecting and patronizing us long time customers. I’m certain owner or Nicole will be responding back to this review, deflecting the real issues. Check out the other daycares and compare before you commit. Buyer beware.
