Nice park to take family to to play some games like frisbee, tag, or games like that. Also for Pogo players there is two Pokemon stops and 2 gyms there also. Also great place to walk a dog. There is garbage and bags available.
It's a nice small park with green grass, plenty of parking north and south of it, a few trash bins, a few benches and a gazebo to enjoy the scenery. Gazebo is good enough for shelter from the rain. And please put your cigarette butts in the provided container. But watch out for the Pokemon Go and other AR game players here as they will pass by here. They may not look up so be aware of them so they don't go crashing into you. No washrooms here, but a water fountain is available for a quick drink of water. Need more food, drink or washroom? Go to the public library about 3 blocks away. If there's a little league game, the concessions stand might have some supplies, which is behind the school.
I camped out on a bench and talked on the phone. About 1 hour 20 minutes. No one bothered me. Pleanty of street parking. Not tons of people. A sweet couple played soccer. I think a dude was tanning. No dogs when I was there. Maybe I'll stop back if I'm in DesPlains again.
3 Pokestops and a gym. There is a gazebo and drinking fountain. It doesn't have playground equipment however the school park is across the street. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there's trash left around often.
This is a nice green space with plenty of flowers for the pollinators. I cut a star because the gazebo seems to be used shadily in the evening hours.
When Google exported structured hours, they’re surfaced here instead of being buried in the raw payload.
