What a wonderful park to visit for walking, riding bike, kayaking, just beautiful too. The staff at the Welcome Center (EDC) Environmental Discovery Center were so friendly and helpful. I signed up for the kayaking tour that they actually guided you through the chain of lakes and it was most wonderful. Marsha a volunteer guided us, (giving us pointers on correct form on paddling too)was most helpful and informative. I would recommend the 2 hour free water tour. You can also rent a garden box space at the first part of this sprawling Park off Fleming. I was just visiting my daughter for 3 weeks and she lives nearby so we walked over 2 miles every morning at this beautiful park. It was great for birding and observing flora and fauna too. It was the highlight of my trip after my visit with my daughter of course.

This was such a cute little walk. There was great docks to be able to walk out on the water. There was great views of a bunch of turtles ranging in all size. The park seemed well maintained and safe. The views all around were wonderful to see.
